These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Palatinus Handmade online store operated by R&M Factory Kft., a company registered in Hungary, and to purchases made through the webshop.

By finalizing your purchase, you accept these terms.

Palatinus handmade blades are individually crafted by hand, based on your selected specifications and preferences. Each blade is made from multiple layers of carefully laminated veneer, which are allowed to dry for several weeks after gluing to ensure optimal stability. This meticulous process ensures high quality and an exceptional playing experience. 

As each blade is made to order, production typically takes 5–7 business days from the confirmation of your order. During high-demand periods, this may vary slightly.

We do not ship to Hungary. 
Shipping is available exclusively to EU member states and non-EU countries worldwide.

Orders are shipped via the express services of DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination.

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

• 1–2 business days within the EU
• 2–3 business days outside the EU, plus any additional time required for customs processing

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email including your tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.

Please keep in mind:

• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, especially outside the EU due to customs procedures.
• For customers outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and other import-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

All prices displayed on the website are net (excluding VAT).

For EU customers, the applicable VAT rate of their respective country is automatically added during checkout.

Non-EU customers purchase at net prices (without VAT). However, they are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and additional charges in the destination country.

Since all products are individually made based on your selected preferences:

• Modifications and cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• After this period, production begins and the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
• In accordance with Hungarian consumer protection law (Government Decree No. 45/2014, Article 29, Paragraph 1, point c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured based on the consumer’s individual request or clearly tailored to their personal needs.

All products undergo thorough quality control before packaging.

If you experience a quality-related issue, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.

We do not take responsibility for delays caused by shipping companies or customs procedures.

However, if your parcel arrives damaged:

• If you notice any visible damage on the package, please inform the courier immediately and contact us without delay.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary.
In case of any legal dispute, Hungarian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
