Shipping information

We ship exclusively to EU member states and countries outside the EU.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping within Hungary.
All orders are shipped via the express services of DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination.

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

• 1–2 business days within the EU
• 2–3 business days outside the EU, plus any additional time required for customs processing

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please keep in mind:

• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, especially outside the EU due to customs procedures.
• For non-EU customers, customs duties, taxes, and any other import-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Production Time

Please note that each blade is handcrafted and individually made to order.
Production typically takes 5–7 business days from the confirmation of your order.
This time is in addition to the shipping time.

Returns and Modifications

Because all products are individually made based on your specifications:

• Order cancellations and modifications are accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• After this period, production begins and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
• Please note that returns are not accepted, as each blade is individually made according to your selected preferences.

Damage During Shipping

All blades are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:

• If you notice any visible damage on the package, please inform the courier immediately and make sure to contact us without delay.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
