Order process:

We reply within 24 hours, either with a proposal or with the questions we need answered before we can make one. Nothing is finalised until you have seen and approved the full specification.
Pricing & timeline:
Custom-made blades range from €249 to €289. The final price depends on the number of plies, the materials selected and the complexity of the handle design, blades built from Hinoki are quoted individually. Shipping is charged separately according to destination. Once the composition, design and price are agreed, production begins as soon as payment is received. The complete process takes approximately 4–5 weeks. This timeline applies to custom-made blades only — catalogue models are dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Quality commitment:
Every stage of the process is carried out by hand and recorded in writing, from the selection of the raw veneers to the final finish. Each blade carries its own serial number and its own documented specification. This is what allows us to reproduce your blade accurately years later, should you ever need a second one or the same one again.

THE BLADE PASSPORT
Every blade leaves with its papers
Each custom blade is individually numbered and recorded by hand. A signed Certificate of Authenticity travels with the blade, and an extra veneer sheet, cut from the same wood as the outer ply, is included for repairs in case of accidental damage.
SERIAL NO 1682 — DOCUMENTED BEFORE SHIPPING
Should you ever need a second one, or the same one again, I can rebuild your exact blade from its records, even ten years from now.
